We have a business profile with one review. However, when we share the review post link with clients, it states that review posting is disabled for this profile. Additionally, leaving a review manually by searching for the business name is also not possible.
I have submitted multiple requests to support, but I only receive an automated reply from a no-reply email. How can we resolve this issue?
