SAB ranking for old address, verified at new address for 2 months

Can anyone help with this GBP. IT has been re-verified by postcard to their new addres in Syracuse *since 17th November 2021, however can't be found in the rankings there and is still ranking 2nd at their old location. Any ideas? The website is completely up to date with many references to the new address too.

It's a known bug, you can ask GBP support to look at it, but probably it is best to create a thread on Google Business Profile Forum so an expert can escalate: Sign in - Google Accounts

There is a workaround, but it may not be suitable and you risk suspension. Basically, you need to "unhide" the address and wait until is ranking in that area, after which you hide it again (but the issue can come back again).
