For months I have been denouncing a business that is not legitimate since it is in a private address that is a private home.

The spammer recreates a Google My Business listing and I constantly report it.

He has now attacked again and uses commercial brands of appliances in his title. Forming phrases like "service Bronx" Bronx, Delne, Sirium are trademarks and registered companies of household appliances. (I leave attached these links where you can see the marks on the appliances)

I have denounced the file but I do not see actions by Google. I invest heavily in Google ADS for the promotion of my appliance repair company to see these tabs attack with spam. I am very hurt.

GMB URL ===> Google Business Spam

Wouldn't it be easier to block these phone numbers?

@Jorge I'm not sure I'm following. I replied to you over on the GMB forum and I need you to give me the case IDs there (not here). You replied with something but it wasn't in English. Also, if you only reported it Dec 5, there is nothing I can do about it yet. Google takes several weeks to process reports so they wouldn't have even looked at your case yet.

Thank you for your kindness Joy.

Ok I should wait. I've created a new thread: Use of trademarks and spam in the name. The location does not exist either. - Google My Business Community

For reasons could it be that my editions are automatically rejected?

Jorge,

Right, but in your last reply you said that you only submitted that report to Google on December 5. It's extremely unlikely that Google has even reviewed it yet. It usually takes a few weeks. So if you have reports from months ago (with the case IDs), I can ask Google why they weren't acted on, but if it was just a single report and you just did it a week ago, there is no point in asking.

@JoyHawkins @BenFisher @bruce@brucejone Dear friends, history repeats itself. Could you help me? Thank you and blessings.

Dear community members,

I am writing to request your urgent assistance in reporting a Google Maps listing that I consider fraudulent and dangerous to consumers. Below, I detail the context and reasons behind my request:

Context and Reasons for the Complaint

Origin of the Listing:

The listing was created by Mateo Fernández, a former employee of Rivo Mark S.A. Its dubious origin has already generated distrust and multiple scams in the service offered.

Business URL: https://www.google.com/maps/place/S...=EgoyMDI1MDQwMi4xIKXMDSoJLDEwMjExNDUzSAFQAw==

Incorrect Location:
The address listed on the listing corresponds to a blacksmith shop. The "

" business has no address.

I have attached geolocated photo evidence and a video showing that another business operates at that address:

Breach of Warranties and Possible Scams:
Although the listing claims to offer warranties, numerous user testimonials confirm this. that are not being met. Money has been collected without fixing the problem, indicating that this could be a system designed to mislead and commit fraud. Here are some examples of reviews:

Examples:

https://maps.app.goo.gl/mugV5hC4nKhJdrZx5 (You can see how this customer received neither a warranty nor a refund, and on top of that, the "technician" charged her again.)

https://maps.app.goo.gl/14ke8efScd9xCQ9n8 (They charged her, but the water heater remained the same. This is misleading and a scam. It also does not fulfill the warranty.)

https://maps.app.goo.gl/GBChpS8gyKQsEuJYA (Does not fulfill the warranty)

https://maps.app.goo.gl/TJMdkjmj9b41LADd7 (Does not fulfill the warranty, is misleading)

Safety Risk:
The equipment involved (water heaters and water heaters) operate with high voltage (220V) and store water, which, Combined with poor installations, this poses an imminent risk of electrocution. Reviews warn of critical failures that could lead to serious accidents or even death.

Current Situation and Call to Action

I have reported this report multiple times through the map and Google's response form ( https://support.google.com/business/contact/business_redressal_form?hl=en ), but no action has been taken. The persistence of this situation not only affects consumer confidence but also endangers their physical safety.

I ask you, please, to join this cause and report this report urgently so that Google can take action and prevent more people from falling victim to scams and potentially fatal risks.

Either through the form https://support.google.com/business/contact/business_redressal_form?hl=en or through the report itself.

I appreciate your time and collaboration. Together we can make a difference!

Sincerely,

Jorge.
