Strange Category Appearing in Local Search Grid

I have a question. I was wondering if anyone knew if Google was now localizing categories or if this is some kind of bug. Below is a screenshot of a local search grid report with all the main categories showing. Two of them are including the primary city in the primary category field. Has anyone else seen this anywhere?

Looks like a glitch to me. Maybe related to a chrome extension. Is that a Bright Local report.
