We are trying to gain access to an existing GMB profile. We make it through the process just fine until it comes time to enter the code from the verification postcard. When we click enter verification code, we're taken to a screen where it has us verify the information and enter the address, which sends a new postcard. There is nowhere to actually enter the code. We went through with it last week thinking it was just a glitch, but now we have the new postcard code and again nowhere to enter it. It just wants us to enter the information again so it can send a postcard. Has anyone seen this before? How do we get out of this loop?

@KymM, I may have run into that before, but don't remember for sure. It's a blur. In any event, have you tried verifying through the GMB app, rather than in the dashboard? Different interface, and possibly without that glitch.
