Do you have Google reviews stuck at a certain number? And they will not go up? If so please let me know, looking at a possible new trend.

Yes, STG Divorce Law, Naperville, IL (and a few other locations in Chicagoland). Here is a condensed STG GBP Profile Naperville to our profile. We've sent out many requests for reviews, and been stuck at around this number, getting maybe one or two a month or zero, when our prior rate of change was much higher. We have a system in place to request reviews and follow up with people. Formerly used Podium, now we are texting and emailing links directly to the Reviews page with a prompt on topics the client may want to discuss in the review. Any help is appreciated. Our web person reached out to Google and they just said their software is trying to capture spam. These are all legit reviews we are seeking from real clients.

Same here got a couple of reviews from our customers and they disappeared. Back at the same number. (Been doing this for the past month)

Possibly.... what I mean by that is, we have had several clients leave us reviews but Google has opted not to display them (and therefore, the count doesn't increase). In one case, it was because the client had included URL to their own site which we suggested they remove, but even when they removed that the review didn't display. For another client, there doesn't see to be any reason why the review wouldn't be eligible for display and get that isn't included either, and Google weren't able to advise why it wasn't being displayed and confirmed that as far as they could tell, there as nothing wrong with the review so couldn't offer any insight as to why their algorithm had blocked it, but they had no way to fix it apparently.
