Hi,

My team is trying to update the phone number we use on our socials so that any 2FA verifications go to a number that we can all access. Is this possible? If so, what solutions do you recommend where we can set up a multi-user number?

Currently, the social accounts are linked to the boss's phone and we need to request codes from him every time we need to access the account or make a change.
We tried using a Kenect number but that didn't work.

It's unlikely the socials will let you use a number this way as to do so goes against their TOS. For security each
social media account is tied to an identifiable person (your boss).

If anyone can authenticate and post the security protocols become null and void which is why a multi-use number wouldn't be permitted.

That makes sense. Can't multiple people have the authenticator and just authenticate when a code gets sent?
