Hello,
My friend who owns an HVAC company, made a mistake by trying to open a new location using the same email, business name and phone number. Now, obviously, the main GBP is also suspended. What would be the proper move to reinstate the main profile? Remove the new location and then submit the main GBP for reinstatement. Or edit the info on a new location, and try to verify it?
He obviously is more interested in getting his main GBP back, the new location is not the priority
 
Is the new location within the guidelines (no virtual office, co-working space, etc)?

The issue looks like an account suspension of the owner's Google account.
However, he needs to review the guidelines to ensure that the main business profile is 100% compliant and has adequate documentation before requesting reinstatement.
