This Review Should be Flagged - What's the Violation?

Customer got a bad review (see text below). Seems to me like it should be removed, but not sure what the exact violation should be. Any suggestions?

The reviewer does not appear to be fake. The restaurant is definitely still open. I think it's possible the person came during closed hours, or on the day they're closed. It's also possible they got the wrong restaurant, as there are several in neighboring towns that have the same or very similar name.

Here's the actual review:

This place is closed down. Tried to order online and said they aren’t accepting online orders at this time. So I called and no answer. Decided maybe they are busy and drove over to the store and they are locked up tight. Too bad the menu looked good. Another restaurant closed due to Covid is all that I can figure.
