Tool/Extension for Identifying Internal Links

Can anyone suggest a chrome extension or a free tool that can quickly tell us or highlight the internal links created on a particular page or a blog post (and also exclude the navigation/menu links on the page)?

Chrome extension: Detailed SEO Extension

For building internal links, I'm a pretty big fan of the pro version of the Link Whisper plugin for WordPress. I don't use the automatic linking feature, but it's a quick way to find internal link opportunities for a page based on keyword and then add them in bulk.
