Submitting this again - my post here and on GBP forum were both deleted initially for different reasons so hoping this one might stick?
If there’s some other way to ask for assistance with this, that actually relates to my “specific situation”, just let me know and I’m more than happy to do that.
Simply looking for some help on this “specific” situation - if anyone has any advice.
Backstory: Have a client who (while working with a former agency) ended up with a suspended listing - he says he contacted Google support himself and they said to create a new listing and they would move the reviews over and he could then verify that new listing. As far as I know Google support then moved all his reviews over to the newly created listing.
Once we started working with him, we wanted to “save” the old/suspended listing (for obvious reasons - age) - and we were able to get that listing unsuspended. So it should be good to go now.
Now we are trying to get the reviews that were moved back to the original listing and before getting rid of the newer listing.

None of these 3 scenarios is actually related to my situation. The reviews were missing after reinstatement, they were moved to the new profile (by Google support) before reinstatement of the old profile was even attempted.
If the reviews weren’t legit, why would Google support move them originally?

All of the template scenarios that have been suggested in the forum response, GBP support contact form, and in these replies do Not address or relate to my specific situation.
All I’m trying to do is get legit reviews that were moved from an old profile to a new profile (by Google support already) - moved back to the old profile (so I can then remove/delete the newer profile that is no longer needed).
Any additional suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

The other newly created listing isn’t needed anymore - so don’t want to have to go through the trouble of verifying if it’s not necessary. Once reviews are moved, just going to get that profile removed/deleted.
