UBL Basic vs UBL Essential Difference?

Can anyone tell me the diff between a UBL listings that is Basic $39 and one that in Enhanced $79?

I see the added reporting, yaddie yaddie.

But is the feed different somehow in time or quantity?

According to UBL the essential package will get the data you provide pushed out to the aggregate sites faster. On the basic package the data will be out there in approximately 6 weeks. The essential package will (allegedly) cut that time frame in half.
