Website dropped out of top 10 places listings in search results.

Problem: We've spent the last 6 months at least coming out top on all place listings, but now have dropped right off past the 10 shown on search results.

IF RANKING PROBLEM: What City + Keyword? "Isle of Wight Hotel"

One thing we've noticed is that the snapshot of the map in the search results no longer shows the whole isle of wight - and often chops Ventnor off (which is where The Royal is). Does the map size itself to suit the results, or are the results controlled by what size of map google want to show?

Any ideas?​

Hi -any thoughts on this guys? Still not resolved and really not sure why the change has occurred.
