Well this is weird..... (New Google Dash)

I was updating a client's description in the new dash. I put a couple spaces to add the line at the bottom, and then when I went back to the internal dash to view it and make some other changes, I noticed this weird text that was placed in the description. I went into edit it, and it was still there. Removed it, and it went away.

What the heck?

Hey Ty,

Think it's your browser, not Google adding that. Do you have AVAST Webrep installed in FireFox?

In this thread the same thing happens in Gmail but it sounds like it's AVAST.

"Web Rep, Overall Rating" keeps appearing in my emails as my signature. - Google Groups

If that sounds like the problem there are a few solutions in that thread.

But it looks just the same. Same exact spacing and caps. Too close to ignore I think.

Could be injected or something and not anything you downloaded. Or something the kids downloaded by accident?

I'll look closer. It was on my mac using Opera I had thought, and the kids don't ever use it.
