What are some sure shot ways to know if a business on Google Map is claimed or not?

Was wondering, what are some sure show way to find if a business is claimed or not? Is there a easy way to find it directly from Google Maps?

Attempting to claim it yourself will always tell you whether it's claimed or not. Go into your GMB dashboard, go to Add a Location, bring up the existing store via the addition process. From there, if it's already claimed, you'll be presented with the option to request it.
