What is "Add Profile Short Name" in GMB?

I have noticed "Add Profile Short Name" update in our GMB listing. We have 7 business locations and all are verified in the GMB.

My questions:
1. What is "Add Profile Short Name" in GMB?
2. how to create short names for 7 business locations?
3. Is there any impact by adding a short name?
4.Should I add a city name in the end of the business?
Example:
Southern-Cross-Group-Sydney
Southern-Cross-Group-Wetherill-Park
and so on.

5.After I choose a new name, Can Change later?

It gives you a short URL that you can use to ask for reviews. It's supposed to be related to the name of the business if you want to follow the guidelines outlined in Google's help center. You can change it 3x a year.
