What Should I Do When Google Refuses to Help Verify Law Firm's New Office Location?

Trying to set up a new office location for a law firm under the same account that owns their other listing. Google asked for the postcard method of verification, which the client never received. Google then gave me the "no more ways to verify" and I had to contact support who asked to send various types of pictures. After sending these, the response I got back was "Unfortunately, we aren't able to help you verify your profile because we can't confirm your affiliation with the business listed on the account." I asked how we can prove ownership (as this account owns the other existing listing) and they replied basically with "no."

So what do I do now? Google seems to be actively refusing to help so I'm not sure how to go forward.

Were you using an email that is on the actual law firm's domain? If not, try using that.
