What's the best way to escalate issues with geo keywords in business names?

Hi all, so for the past several months, I've been engaged in a shadow war with whoever manages the local Bioped GmB listing. It goes like this:

1. I notice that they have inserted a geography keyword into their business name that doesn't belong there and I suggest an edit. They're a multi-location business, so they basically put the geography in brackets for each location.
2. The edit gets reported and removed.
3. Usually, within 24 hours, the geography is back in the name and the cycle repeats itself.

I've probably edited this same Bioped location several dozen times at this point. And they're doing it for ALL of their business locations. How do I escalate this issue, so they aren't able to keep abusing the system like this?
