Which keyword research tool would you use to set up local rank tracking?

My client has recently moved to LocalFalcon for local rank tracking. I need to set up keywords to track for each location but I need a keyword research tool that shows which keywords are leading users to our local listings right? - GSC would show which keywords are leading to our local webpages but not the listings, unless this data is also useful for the local listings.

Basically, I'd like to know which keyword research tool to use to select the keywords for setting up local rank tracking.

I use Brightlocal and set up reports for each location. I can see mobile, desktop organic rankings, and map pack and local finder results. When I want to run heat map reports, I use PlacesScout.
