Hi who does the cleanest reporting with the best UI?

We've tried Brightlocal which is good but the UI isn't "layman freindly" for our clients to understand.

We moved to Whatgraph which was perfect but isn't scalable solution we hit a limit with their plans. We'd need it to handle a couple 1000 locations.

We also checked out looker studio but looks like you need developer experience.

This is a good question since scaling can always be a challenge. LocalClarity has a direct connection to Looker Studio and then will provide complimentary custom reporting design. It just depends on what data sets you're looking to report.

Looker Studio will give you a lot of flexibility on the layout, but you will want to use the BigQuery connector as you can't scale with a 'normal' API connector to that many locations because of the matrix limitations and latency. For example, filters on your charts are applied after the data is returned with an API-driven connector. In contrast, the BigQuery connector includes the filters in the automatically generated SQL behind the scenes. So it's faster and more efficient.

We created this demo report Jepto.com - Google Business Profile actionable insights demo report which is pulling data from 350 locations and loads within 3 seconds because of the native Google Looker Studio and BigQuery connection. I've created reports with over 5,000 locations with similar load times. You could also speed this up by using BI Engine, which is an in-memory analysis service designed to accelerate queries and calculations. It also handles caching so that if multiple people view the report, it doesn't need to go back to the database and will load even faster. Pricing for BI Engine starts at $30 per month, depending on the region and amount of memory you want to allocate.

This technology is also extremely cheap. Even for 1000's of locations you would probably looking at less than $50 a month in BigQuery storage and query costs. You also don't need any developer experience since the process is all done through the interface.
