Hi

We are working with a London dental clinic, Blue Finch Dental | Excellence in Private Dentistry. They are ranking for niche dental-related terms at their location but we can't seem to get any traction on Google Maps for any keywords.

The only area I can see they're lagging behind their competitors in is reviews and age - they're a reasonably new clinic but been around 6 months already. Competitors have been in business years and have hundreds of reviews compared to their 15 (and growing).

What we do have is:

- well optimised GBP including products, services, photos, etc
- well optimised and comprehensive website with around 15000 words of SEO content to hit key terms
- citations
- local backlinks from partner businesses & reciprocal guest posts
- other backlinks including a foundation of 80 or so Web2.0 links, paid guest posts and various press releases
- local knowledge content including maps to local landmarks, places of interest etc
- paid social campaigns with seasonal promotions and successful Google Ad campaign
- keyword relevant blog content

Can't really see anything we might be missing but would very much welcome any suggestions and advice.

It is a hugely competitive area with 26 competitors in a 1 mile radius, but still would expect to see better results than this.

Note - the results are always 'scatty' like this grid - nearly all red but with different grid points ranking 1-3 or top 10 every time we run it.

I would need to take a deeper dive to confirm but based on the ranking grid pattern it looks like they are being filtered by one of the other dental clinics. I would start by looking into that.
