10/10 Local RankFlux Score?

Got an email about a 10/10 local rankflux score just now. Does anybody know anything about this or has anyone seen anything strange? My guess is that it's a glitch. If not, I think it's unprecedented.

Yes, that seems like a huge swing and there doesn't seem to be any others reporting anything major. Tagging @Jenny_BrightLocal. Jenny is this accurate or just a glitch?

Hey folks! Yep sorry about that, it was a bug. We've now fixed it.

If you ever see anything over a 7, please assume it to be a bug as the score shouldn't really go higher than that.
