5 fake negative reviews have been removed but now genuine customers can't review

Hi all,

A GMB profile was hit by 5 negative fake 1 star reviews, google removed them but now genuine customers are getting this error message...

Have you ever seen this before?

Yep, looks like the profile has a review block on it. You can appeal to have that block removed with this form: https://support.google.com/business/contact/submit_your_business_profile_for_review
