Hi, so we have 2 companies that have office spaces and signage set up as storefront hybrid businesses. We have a third company looking to also be in the office space as a SAB only. Does anyone see any issues with this situation? Right now the second company does have their own suite number.

There shouldn't be any issues with this as long as the SAB is not in the same category of business as either of the existing businesses. Google doesn't really care about a separate suite number, they are really only concerned about the street address of the building itself.

Going to clarify this bit, as it could easily misread: The SAB having the same category might complicate the verification process, but it will not trigger filtering.

You can absolutely have a SAB and a storefront from the same vertical at the same address without any filtering. I have a lot of experience with hiding addresses precisely to get around filtering.

If they don't have signage, Google won't allow them to get verified
