Amazon/Alexa in the Digital Marketing Space?

Has anyone else come across Amazon's foray into taking over everything: Alexa's digital marketing stack? Found it recently while auditing a client's profiles. They did not have a profile here but it was in the search results. The size of the company means they can price to scale but curious if anyone here has ever worked with them.
