Hi all,
I bet some of you have run into this issue. I have a client that has a name like "B & L Lumber". But, the issue is, they have used the initials and ampersands so many different ways across their citations.
B&L Lumber
B & L Lumber
B. & L. Lumber
B and L Lumber
I checked, the name on file with the secretary of state, and the situation is even more muddled. The legal name is BL Lumber
I'm going to standardize around the name with the ampersand. My question is, do you think I should worry about the spaces? Do you think it's ok if some are "B & L" and others are "B&L".
