Hello everyone! We recently claimed a profile that was created by someone with whom the client doesn't have contact. We requested access, and because the owner didn't respond in 3 days, we were able to claim it. But unfortunately, the client doesn't have access to the phone number or the email; therefore, we are not able to verify the account. There is also no other option for verification. We tried to reach out to Google support, but we couldn't get any help. Does anyone have any experience similar to this?
 
@narinz - For verification issues, you can reach the support team through the verification status tool. Just click through to the end of the workflow, and there you should find a link to contact support. Ask them to enable LIVE video verification for your profile.

It's worth mentioning: the support team can't enable other verification options, only LIVE video verification.
