Changing the description under name

Hi all

What exactly is this referred to in yellow below in GBP support terms? This is thaty info that is under the GBP name in Google Search. This client is NOT in HUntington Station which is a completely different zip code. Double checked the zips against USPS and their zip is not included as part of Huntington Station

I thought there is no way to change this unless you speak with support possibly but I want to know exactly what to refer it as.

I don't believe it's anything. It,s literally just the google category + the location of the validation address.

However, without knowing what the profile or where it is, it's completely impossible to provide you with any insight as to what the problem could be.

Wait, nevermind. I think I found it. It's Home Helpers Home Care of Huntington, NY · 775 Park Ave #255, Huntington, NY 11743, isn't it?

What you have here is a case where the municipal limit and the postcode limits don't align in Google maps and/or real life:

Whether or not your client likes it, their address is undeniably within the limits of Huntington Station CDP, and that is what Google has chosen to use for the qualifying statement you are complaining about. I would be extremely surprised if Support were willing, much less capable of helping.

Thanks for the info! I now see it from this here where their pin is vs where HUntington Station is outlined on the map

They may be so close to the border of Huntington vs Huntington Station thats prob the issue
