Does anybody know the data on what is the CTR rate on the following category overall or local search:

-Google Guranteed
-Google Ads
-Map Pack
- Organic #1
-Organic #2.

Any published tested report that I can access.

It all depends on how good you are at marketing.

I've had 60%+ on Google ads for a very targeted campaign.

I've had poor CTR on a focus keyword but excellent conversions on a long tail.

If you can get in the mappack, be top in the organics and be running adverts your combined CTR can be fantastic. But do you really need all these leads? You many only need one or two calls per day for fence staining so adjust your marketing according to your needs.

And think about this. CTR isn't a good measure of your marketing. It's quality leads you need. Parking your wrapped van outside the clients property and pushing leaflets through the neighbors doors could be a far better way to get leads. If you can get them to talk about you on FB again this can be a really great source of leads. Being top on Google is nice but niche marketing is often a much better way to spend your spare time.

We are doing doorhangers etc but am trying to solve the issue of Online Marketing for long term growth. I have top position in map pack for "near me" search term for 7x7 mile grid (local falcon), Top 3 results for organic near me ", some city term like "fence staining cypress" rank multiple times in organic twice in top 3 and also map pack. Google ads specifically shows atleast 6 impressions per day for this specific search term (fence staining cypress tx) and when i search from random phone, I am in 1st place on map pack first 2 in organic and the only click i received which converted to job was from a GOOGLE ADS lead when i ran an exact keyrod match campagn. I mean it it useless to do SEO if only Ads are giving results? I am really confused about how it is working currently with Google. That is the reason I am asking baout CTR per category. My belief is that Google Local Service Ads is taking up a lot of click?

I need to know so that i can only focus on the category which is leading to leads and less on others.

Maybe people aren't searching for your target keywords.

You need to look at a far bigger set of keywords. It's possible you need to target hundreds of keywords each of which will generate a couple of leads.

Consider also your website needs a lot of work - it's not helping your business. And your GBP also needs a lot of work. You have all those products all with the same picture!

Pay for professional help. In the same way you expect homeowners to pay for professional fence staining rather than do it themselves.

I understand all your reasoning, but my question was that what is the CTR percentage. If you say that there is a threshold of impressions before the published CTR's percentage takes into affect than you should say that with proof. That is my original questions:

Here is the screenshot or search console:

here is the actual incognito search term and also i can provide a mobile and dekstop verison from randon IP address: its the same.

Out of 6 I have 6 of them in this search term and the CTR of 2%. It would make you think.

I hope that WEBSITE DESIGN is not an issue here Or the GMB as nobody else is showing up.

I understand that you are trying to sell your website design company but i would like somebody else to have an opinion, you have take the first dib on all questions and you have answered the most questions this year and i believe self promotion has limit.

I am asking a real question which affect me. I can pay you to analyze the issue if you still want to.

If you are only getting 2% you need to change your keywords, your marketing copy, the images on your GBP, the categories etc.

There is no easy fix to this. You just need to keep adjusting and updating everything.

And some businesses are more popular than others. It's possible not many people in your locale need your services.

As to me and self-promotion - I don't do webdesign anymore so not touting for work.

If nobody else is showing up maybe that's because there isn't enough work to sustain this type of business. Maybe all the local gardeners and landscapers offer this service as part of their business.
