Hi Team!

Here's a question for ya..

We’re working with a client who is launching a single dual-brand restaurant location where one set of staff will serve a combined menu featuring items from both brands. These locations will offer dine-in, takeout, and delivery options but function as a single entity under a shared menu rather than two distinct brands operating side-by-side.

We’re interested in insights into how best to structure their Google Business Profiles (GBP) for these unique locations. Specifically, we’re looking for:

  • Best practices for setting up GBP for dual-branded locations that operate under one menu and one staff
    • Current Examples include Taco Bell/Pizza Hut, Taco Bell/KFC, Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins locations
      • the issue here is these are counter serve, not fast casual dine-in locations
  • Challenges others may have faced in building or managing GBPs for similar shared locations with single menus and staffing.

We’re in the planning phase, so any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated!
