One of our client received this email from Google. Did anyone else has experienced this?

It seems Google is increasing the amount they crack down on fake review suspicion. If the reviews were legitimate, you should appeal and let us know how it goes! I have heard the appeal can be hit or miss.

If the allegations are true and they were incentivized reviews, tell the client to stop those practices as Google could put a review block on the profile as a next step.
