Is it possible to implement the gather up stars on my home page. It is showing for all other organic listings but my home page. When you go to my home page it does show the stars at the bottom and the link to reviews but on my main organic listing it has not taken on the stars yet.

If you are referring to the rich snippets that appear in the SERP's the answer is no. For some reason or another Google has never displayed gold stars in the SERP's for the homepage.

@ssjd2000, at one time - around 2011-2012 - Google did display review stars for homepage organic search results. But that was a while ago. As @Colan Nielsen alluded to, all other pages are eligible, and it sounds like you've implemented GatherUp correctly.
