I just checked some self-storage Profiles in my account (that we no longer actively manage), and yes, they have predefined services. The ones you get on your Profiles may be different.

Those might be custom services you added, and we’re not yet sure if those impact rankings the same way the predefined services do.

Definitely click that “add services” button under every category and see if there are any “buttons” to toggle on that are applicable to your business. THOSE are the predefined services.

Yep, but in Joy’s original case study they increased rankings for “dui lawyer” which is definitely a big cash keyword.

I'm aware. My perception of big cash keyword is tainted by a) clients that are obsessed with category-name keywords and b) services that are translated with vocabulary that is simply not in use in Quebec French.

To give just one example: under "Pest control" the service "rodent extermination" is translated as "dératisation" whereas our clients expect to rank for "extermination de rat" or something to that effect. Conversely, that degree of specialisation just doesn't happen in Quebec, and the keywords are further belabored by terrible translations of the concepts such as "water law" and "civil right litigation" which are turned into "water damage law" and "civil law litigation" in French. And that's when those concepts even EXIST outside the USA (such as three-strike laws).
