GBP Review Reactions - How to know when a reaction was left?

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a way to tell from a business owner end when a user left a reaction on a GBP review? I don't think Google has any tracking available for that correct? As someone who has left GBP reviews for businesses, Google will alert the user when their reviews get reactions.

I am these questions as I have a client who is seemingly being targeted by their competitors who are leaving 1 star reviews and are then reacting to their own reviews as well. These 1 star reviews have a handful of reactions each. The client and myself are trying to get a sense of timelines which is why we were interested in knowing if there was a way to tell when the reaction was left.

The reactions are anonymous with no tracking metrics as far as I have ever seen.

If multiple negative reviews are in a condensed period of time AND have reactions it should be a relatively obvious footprint for Google to take a look at I would think.

Report each of the 1 star reviews as a conflict of interest.

Yeah same, haven't seen any metrics but appreciate the confirmation. Very true on your notes regarding patterns. Appreciate your insight!
