Today, I've had to resubmit any changes to my clients' Google My Business categories, or the changes don't stick. I'll make a simple change (or a few changes), and will click "Apply," and the dashboard won't reflect the changes I just made.

The good news is a 2nd attempt always seems to work (the changes instantly go to "Pending").

Only a minor hassle (so far).
 
@Phil Rozek There seem to be a few minor bugs occurring in GMB web recently. I have a hunch that a new dashboard layout (hopefully with new features like Q&A) is on the way. #speculation

That being said, if you continue to have the same issue, please make a video and share it as an issue on the support forum and I can ask around.
 
Good to know! I had someone mentioning this the other day (that they were having a hard time getting categories to save) so I'll bring it up.
 
Aha! I'm not the only one then. Updating Easter and summer holiday hours and I noticed they didn't stick and had to input again.
 
I've experienced a different "bug" in that I am unable to add Users if I'm in Explorer (which I don't normally use anyway). I can only add them when I'm in Firefox or Chrome.

OMG Kathleen, same here!!! Almost, I can't add users in any browser. Our agency who handle AdWords for us, suddenly they are no longer in our accounts, I can't add them to manager role either - I get a pop up indicating "user already invited" and I cannot proceed.
