GMB Manager emails not getting sent?

Trying to add a new manager to multiple listings and the invite emails don't seem to be getting sent. Is it just me or is there a bug going around?

Ask them to set up a new email address to accept the access.

Is this a large agency account With a lot of invites going out?

You may know that there is a limit to how many GBPs you can have in an account that are not at "verified" status. Once you hit this limit, you are unable to create new GBPs.

Invites have a similar limit: you can only have so many unanswered invites active. Once you hit that, you cannot send new invites without cancelling some of your previous unanswered one even though the system tells you it's sending the invites.

We have not been able to confirm if this is scaled to the number of GBPs (as the GBP creation is, which is bared on proportion of non-verified GBPs of all status) or a hard limit. It's possible that the limit on a smaller account is much lower and easier to hit.
