Trying to add a new manager to multiple listings and the invite emails don't seem to be getting sent. Is it just me or is there a bug going around?
 
This is a bug. I am sure Google is aware of this issue, but there is no timeframe on when it will be resolved.
 
Solution
There is no update. Google is aware of the issue. The best thing to do is to create a group and move your GBPs into that folder. Click Group settings, then have people request access to that group number.

Oddly enough we just tried adding a new group and inviting one of our employees to it and she is not getting those invites either. We have an agency account with a LOT of GBPs so we have groups for employees and the GBPs they manage. So it appears any invite we send even in groups is not being received. I tested on several different emails.
 
I am not sure if I have a different issue but I found that the lack of invite being sent out is only on one email account trying to do the inviting - which is super annoying! That being said, other owners on the same business have invited the user and that invite got sent ok (same invitee email). So, if there are other owners on the account you could try that.
 
We're definitely still having issues with it, both at the agency level (trying to invite a new user via email to have access to the agency dashboard itself) and the individual user level (inviting a new user via email to have access to a single GBP). Just seems like the emails themselves aren't coming through, even on multiple tries.
Is anyone else still experiencing it? I was hoping it was resolved based on peoples' comments on here but that doesn't seem to be the case for everyone at least unfortunately.
