GMB profile who suddenly got suspended- why?

i have a gmb profile who suddenly got suspended couple months ago,i think this is because i accidently added address for my business but then i removed it because the profile of the business is a mobile service this is why i understood it is not right to add an address.

after i updated those details i got my business profile suspend.

i didn't get any responded from my first appeal google and i want to continue the process of the GMB
what do i do?

attached is the last appeal i submitted to google appeal First GMB Appeal
i can provide any validity documents if needed.

Appeals for Locksmith suspended profiles are in a backlog, after 6 months on hold. You will probably soon receive an email that the appeal was not approved because the business profile is not verified, it just means Google wants you to verify the business profile through video verification.

They are still going through the backlog, some of the appeals can be rejected without the possibility of verification.

I was just contacted by a new locksmith client whose GBP was suspended back in April. Apparently, this is a common problem for locksmiths. Where can I find the Google requirements for a successful locksmith verification? All I can find is Google Local Service ad requirements, but I only want GBP requirements. Any suggestions on how to successfully appeal the suspension (for suspicious or misleading activities, of which there were none)?

I'm surprised to hear that, since I've seen some YouTube videos that indicate that Google is suspending locksmiths seemingly without cause, and they're having trouble getting their GBP back online. The guy that called me has been suspended since April. Will post again when I have a chance to dig in and see what the deal is.
