Hi, Since three months I am waiting for new business GMB verification code from Google but yet to arrive, submitted resend request but no response yet. Whats is the way to verify the listings. Thanks.

If it is the first time you've requested the postcard, request a second one. If you've already had multiple postcards not arrive, you can get in touch with Google about verification issues via this form: Sign in - Google Accounts

After counting through the above link , I have received the reply from google support, please find attached . It states two options , one through video call verification and another the same post card . I would like to know how video call works . We need to show them the physical address and surroundings ?
