Google Bulk Verification for Brand New Business

I am working with a convenience store with 56 locations and none of them are verified yet in Google.

Few locations even have a Google Business Profile, as it's a new brand.

Attempting to get bulk verification status, but Google Support is claiming we are not eligible.

Would you recommend getting 10 locations verified manually via video first, then requesting bulk status?

They won't give me an answer as to why we aren't eligible. Thanks!

In order to get bulk verified, you need the following:

1. Be listed as an owner for 1o GBPs
2. All GBPs need to be in your dashboard
3. All of the locations need to be listed on the website

It helps if you use an address with the domain, as it can speed up the process. Google typically asks for photos showing signage for 10% of the locations.
