Google Business Profiles Manager Removes Appointment Link Again?

I had a client reach out expressing surprise that the appointment link had gone missing from their GBP Knowledge Panel. This looks similar to a bug that was reported last year.

Has anyone else experienced a loss of their appointment link recently?

@tsummy Running into a similar issue for our Pest control service clients; in our cases, we can't edit existing Appointment Links. In the NMX for some profiles we see "Bookings" as the Appointment Link option and for some we see the "Pickup & delivery" option.

We have been trying to edit existing Appointment Links and can't do so unless the "Bookings" option is shown in the NMX. For our GBP Profiles with the NMX "Pickup & delivery" option, the ability to edit existing Appointment Links doesn't exist; adding a link to "Pickup & delivery" just creates another link in the Knowledge Panel, so now you have two links, a new "Order" link for the link you just added to "Pickup & delivery" and your "old" Appointment Link.

Trying to edit "old" Appointment Links through a direct Maps edit doesn't work either, as all that is available through a direct Maps edit is to remove the Appointment Link, not revise it, regardless of whether a profile has the "Bookings" or "Pickup & delivery" option shown.

Anyone have any ideas as to how we can edit existing Appointment Links if the NMX doesn't show the "Bookings" option? TY
