Google Local and Youtube under different accounts

Hi all, I need your help again,

I have a client who verified his Google Local Page under one google account and use another one where Google Analytics is set up, Google + and Youtube channel. I mean when he created Youtube channel Google automatically has created Google Plus Page.

My question is how to transfer Google Local Page to the other account? I have an idea but I want to know that this is the right way.

I suppose that I have to go the Google Local Dashboard then choose remove listing, and choose the option to transfer the listing to another Google account. Is this correct? And what is going to happen with this second Google Plus Page?

Have you seen this link from Google:

Transfer ownership of your page

You can add an email address as a "manager". Then, after that account being a manager for 2 weeks, you can transfer ownership to that account.
