I just noticed in the new Places dashboard, when attempting to contact phone support, an option to supply a screenshot (with the ability to highlight specific areas) and description prior to the call.
Even though I supplied this information, the support team still needed to verify my concerns but I think it is a step in the right direction. This option was not available for old places dashboards on the samples we tested
