Hi, we're on Google Local Services since the beginning, I believe its 3-4 years now? We used to get 100s of leads a month, and in the past year our rank apparently dropped to the ground because we barely get 15 leads a month.

We're updating lead status, we're getting reviews regularly on our GBP page, and we upload photos to both GBP and Local Services Ads from time to time. The business info, hours, coverage and accreditations are all up-to-date on Local Service Ads, so I'm not sure what we're doing wrong and what we can do better.

In my experience, not answering a certain threshold of calls and disputing too many calls have led to this happening.
 
If this is the cause, what can we do to fix it?

Don't dispute so many leads and make sure you are answering the phone. It can take some time for this to start reversing itself, but I've seen it happen many times.
