Google Review not appearing [HELP needed!]

Hi! Is there a Google product expert that can help us review the following post in the Google Community? Review not showing up on Google My business Profile - Google Business Profile Community

It's been a couple of days and we have not heard from anyone on that site. Any help would be appreciated!

@ElizabethRule I wanted to follow up here b/c I wanted to see if you could let me know what happened with the missing review for that client? If you've escalated it and the review still doesn't appear... does that mean Google still doesn't approve it?
