Google Review Snippets in Google Search Console

We are having a problem with seeing our Google Review Snippets in Google Search Console. Is this a glitch or something that needs to be corrected on our end with our website or?

Just wanted to ask a few questions to better assist you. What process are you using to implement review snippets on your website? Did you implement this on specific pages? Are you seeing a review snippet (i.e star rating) for those pages or products when doing a Google Search?
