Google Search does not show "other businesses" after 3-pack

Anyone encountering this issue?
Google search results displays the 3-pack, but the link below to display more business not there.
Tried it on mobile devices and desktop.

On google maps results, all seems normal.

Yes! I noticed this yesterday afternoon for the first time.
Only the top three closest listings are showing for all map packs.
This is brutal for I would think just about every business that has a GMP listing. I sure hope its a bug and not permanent. It is not a beneficial change for anyone not even the searcher/customer.

I've seen it vary, sometimes shows other times goes. I much prefer it there from a user perspective
