Ranks number 3 in MAPS but does not show in Organic Blended Results

My client ranks #3 for Cosmetic dentist fort wayne but does not show up in organic blended results ??

Any insight would be help full

The top of the pack is controlled but the organic ranking order.

He only ranks #8 or so in pure organic, so if the on-site SEO was improved I think his ranking in the pack would improve as well.

Thanks Linda But my question was if he shows in MAPS at # 3 he should show up in the main search query page in the listing section as well. but he does not ?

No can rank high in maps but not in pack if organic ranking is low. OR if there is a local penalty sometimes you'll rank high in maps but the listing just won't blend so can't be in the pack.

Or there can be other reasons the listing is disconnected.

Super swamped so am not able to do lots of pro bono consulting on the forum these days. Hopefully someone else has time to do some research for you.
