I've noticed variation in the Google Business Panel too a long time ago. Sometimes a different font is used.

Right!!! I spend a majority of my day looking at reviews. I was fortunate to have a screenshot of the before.

I should try to dig up my screenshot showing the same GBP name in two different fonts... Ugh, that was like, spring 2024...
