if a Google account is set up as an "agency acount" for Google Business Profile management purposes, is there a way to change that and revert it back to "non-agency" status?

I have a client who somehow, without my involvement, appears to have set their google workspace email account to be an agency account. I worked around that by creating a special-use gmail account for them to use, but I'd like to get that agency status undone for them. It's not life or death, it is just inconvenient for them.

aaah, that makes more sense. Then they don't access directly the single GBP in the account: it always goes to the GBP list of... one. Is that what's going on? Yeah, I see the problem lol.
